The Organisation of African Trade Union Unity organised a preparatory meeting of its affiliated members on Sunday 28 May 2018 in Geneva. This  meeting usually takes place every year on the eve of the International Labour Conference.

The meeting, chaired by the President of OATUU , Brother Francis Atwoli was an opportunity for African trade union leaders to discuss issues of concern to the world of work in Africa and the topics on the agenda of the 107th Session of the International Labour Conference, which is being held from 28 May to 9 June 2018 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
