This event is organized by the Arab Labour Organisation (OAT).

The meeting was attended by the Director General of the ILO, Mr. Guy Ryder, President of the 107th Session of the International Labour Conference, whose work began on 28 May and end on 09 June 2018 in Geneva.
This conference, which is held at each ILC session, is an opportunity for the supporters of the Palestinian cause present at the ILC to express their solidarity with the Palestinian workers and people and to draw the world’s attention to the dramatic situation experienced by the Palestinian people and workers in the occupied territories and the treatment reserved by the State of Israel to Palestinians. The participants denounced on this occasion the administration of Trump after having transferred the seat of the embassy of the United States in Jerusalem.

They called on the international community to intervene urgently to respect the United Nations status of Jerusalem.
