The Organisation of African Trade Union Unity (OATUU) will hold a Women’s Conference in Accra, Ghana from 3rd to 4th November 2026.

The conference will be held under the theme, “Gender Equality, Equality of Treatment and Opportunities for All in the Context of Digitalisation and Technological Advancements.”

The conference will provide a platform for discussions on gender equality, equal treatment and opportunities for women amid the rapid digitalisation of the world of work. It will also draw attention to the implications of technological advancements for women workers and the importance of ensuring that digital transformation promotes inclusion, fairness and equal opportunities in the workplace.
